Modules
Stabiso is one system of record built from modules. The core holds what every company needs and every module builds on: the ledger and its accounts and periods, customers and vendors, people, sign-in and roles, approvals, the audit trail, notifications and webhooks, the API and the MCP tools. Each further function is a module: its own records, rules, API operations, MCP tools, screens, tests and guide, changed without touching the core or the other modules.
What a module changes for you:
- Every module has its own version. A change of a module raises its version (the last number
for a fix, the middle one for something new, the first for a change that breaks a caller), and
its release note starts with the module and its new version, for example
Module: inventory 1.1.1(release notes). - A module is tested on its own. A change of a module runs that module's tests, and those of the modules that build on it, before it goes live and again right after.
- The rules are the same. A module's operations go through the same permissions, approval policy, AI reviewer, closed periods and audit trail as the core's. A module never reaches around the core: it uses only the core's public interface, and a check refuses any other import.
- One system. All modules run in the same deploy on the same books, so a stay invoiced by the hotel module is an ordinary sales invoice in receivables, the VAT return and the reports.
Every company has every module today.
